About the Team:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and drive growth by developing and executing comprehensive account strategies to expand Motorica's presence within enterprise accounts.

  1. Foster Innovation: Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to expand Motorica's presence within enterprise accounts while maximizing revenue potential.
  2. Cultivate Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers within major gaming and entertainment organizations.
  3. Close Deals: Orchestrate and close sophisticated, multi-stakeholder deals while coordinating cross-functional internal teams to support enterprise client needs.
  4. Optimize Enterprise Pipelines: Own and optimize the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on large-scale, organization-wide implementations.
Responsibilities:
  • Proven track record of closing deals $100K+ and managing long-term client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to take lead on complex sales cycles and navigate multiple stakeholder relationships at the enterprise level.
  • Presentation and negotiation skills, with experience selling to C-level executives in large organizations.
  • Understanding of enterprise software implementation and integration challenges, with the ability to articulate technical value propositions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
