Vi söker en erfaren och driven tjänsteansvarig för att leda och samordna våra HR- och IT-processer. Du kommer att vara en viktig del av vår IT-organisation och arbeta tillsammans med våra HR-specialister för att forma och utveckla våra processer och system.

Uppdraget

Rollen innebär att du kommer att:

  • Leda och samordna våra HR- och IT-processer för att säkerställa leverans och tillgänglighet till centrala systemstöden för koncernen.
  • Aktivt delta i HR:s tvärfunktionella förvaltnings- och utvecklingsteam Team HR/IT.
  • Arbeta med kravställning av ny teknik och nya funktioner för att förbättra våra processer och system.
  • Samverka med våra interna och externa systemleverantörer, vår integrationspartner och vår IT-organisation för att säkerställa en effektiv och smidig process.
  • Delta i projekt och releaser inom området inklusive övergripande test- och releaseansvar/koordinering.
  • Säkerställa löpande budget och fakturahantering för ansvarsområdet.
Krav och kvalifikationer

För att lyckas i rollen krävs att du har:

  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta som produktägare, tjänsteansvarig, förvaltningsledare eller liknande befattning.
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med HR-relaterade- och internkommunikativa system och processer.
  • Erfarenhet av kravställning av ny teknik och nya funktioner.
  • Mycket god erfarenhet av att arbeta med molnplattformar, API:er och integrationsmotorer.
  • Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga att beskriva tekniska lösningar och komponenter på ett överskådligt och pedagogiskt sätt.
  • God ledarskapsförmåga, vana av att driva förändringsarbeten och att implementera nya arbetssätt.
  • Förmåga att styra och samarbeta med intressenter inom en stor koncern.
  • Förmåga att uttrycka dig väl i svenska och engelska.
