About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our global team at Husqvarna Group. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives that align with our business goals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational success.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to provide expert advice and coaching on people matters.
- Lead performance development efforts, optimizing organizational structures and processes to enhance productivity.
- Foster a positive organizational culture and enhance the employee experience through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive the implementation of inclusive and forward-thinking people management solutions.
About the Team:
You will be part of a global team, collaborating closely with HR colleagues within Operations, based in Sweden, Brazil, and England. Together, you will leverage diverse perspectives and expertise to drive HR initiatives that transcend geographical boundaries.

- Proactive approach to staying informed about trends and emerging legislation.
Location:
This role is based in Sweden, with the preferred location being close to our offices in Stockholm, Huskvarna, or Gothenburg (Jonsered). You must be prepared to travel within Sweden and Europe as and when required.
