We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Proposal Manager to lead our proposal development efforts and drive business growth in the Nordics. As a key member of our Growth team, you will play a crucial role in developing high-quality proposals that meet client needs and organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement bid strategies to ensure alignment with client expectations and organisational goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop high-quality proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and adherence to organisational standards.
  • Analyse client needs and tailor proposals to meet their unique challenges and objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, technical experts, and legal teams.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines, without compromising the quality and accuracy of deliverables.
  • Familiarity with public and private procurement frameworks, particularly in the European market, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.
