Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and building relationships with key decision makers.

Main Objectives:

  • To increase market share through strategic sales decisions.
  • To develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • To manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • To deliver engaging presentations about our hotels and conduct regular meetings with clients.

Requirements:

  • Team leading experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with various clients.
  • Flexibility, responsiveness, positivity, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Opera/Fidelio PMS is highly desirable.
