As a Senior Subject Matter Expert, you will work primarily with Strategic Sales teams in pre-sales and selling phases with our largest customers. You will provide critical guidance on Third Party Risk and Compliance capabilities to generate revenue for the company.

This role involves:

  • Supporting strategic client engagements and assisting in winning business by leveraging technical expertise.
  • Developing and delivering speaking points to relevant sales teams, highlighting how our products can solve customer challenges.
  • Building customer trust with expertise in our Third Party Risk and Compliance products and solutions.
  • Driving complex and strategic deals by engaging with key business and technical contacts.
  • Identifying customer-relevant D&B data for use cases and conceiving solutions to integrate these into customers' target systems or software partners.
  • Maintaining market awareness, client feedback, new technologies, and regulatory updates.
  • Collaborating with product teams to ensure that customer feedback is represented in requirements development and UAT of new functionality.
  • Working closely with marketing to support and drive GTM activities.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, we require:

  • A minimum of eight years of experience in data analysis, knowledge of business data, and ability to work with large datasets.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field of study.
  • A commercial background, such as a Sales Specialist or Subject Matter Expert.
  • The ability to present complex information to C-suite audiences and experts on the client side.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills to manage matrix stakeholders.
  • Excellent service management and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple streams concurrently.
  • Experience with solution deliverables in this domain and the ability to quickly become an expert.
  • Familiarity with API technologies (Rest/Soap/JSON/XML) is an advantage.
  • Customer-facing and problem-solving skills, interacting with clients, understanding their issues, and providing advice on tackling challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, summarizing complex regulations for internal teams and clients.
  • An ownership mindset in all endeavors.
  • You are proactive and seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams to drive success.
  • You have a continuous growth mindset, staying updated through social experiences, relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues, and mentors.
  • Full work proficiency in English and Swedish.
