We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our EMEA Partner & Alliances organization as a Partner Sales Manager for Sweden. In this role, you will contribute to the growth of our partnerships by developing strategic relationships with key clients and understanding their business needs.
You will identify opportunities for business growth and explore how our range of product and program offerings can benefit our partners. This is a highly visible role that requires exceptional executive presence and polish.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing diverse and cross-functional teams and creating and executing partner plans and programs. You will expand relationships with existing partners, recruit new ones, and establish and execute sales plans to grow revenue in accordance with quota targets.
Your key responsibilities include working closely with our sales organization to facilitate cooperative pipeline generation and account development. You will also map Splunk's partner organization to Splunk's corporate organization, ensuring free cooperation and communication.
