About the Position

This Field Sales Engineer role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to drive sales growth and customer engagement in Sweden.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and customer engagement through technical discussions and product presentations.
  • Manage customer projects from initiation to completion.
  • Liaise with customers across various departments to ensure seamless communication.
  • Work autonomously to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with global support teams to provide exceptional service.
  • Register and follow-up sales leads, projects, and customer visits using CRM systems.
  • Provide regular reporting of sales activities to management.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in electrical engineering or related field.
  • Proven sales experience with technical expertise.
  • Background in component sales with commercial focus.
  • Fluency in English and one other Scandinavian language is essential.
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills are crucial.
  • Self-motivated and able to work from a home-based office.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel frequently.
