About the Role

Mentimeter is seeking a highly skilled Lifecycle Marketing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Lifecycle Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing communication strategies to boost user engagement and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Insights: Continuously collect and analyze user data, integrating communication engagement metrics with product usage and account-specific data to enhance our understanding of user and customer behaviors across different lifecycle stages.
  • Optimize Communication: Employ a data-oriented approach to initiate testing and experimentation. Together with Marketing Automation Managers create hypotheses, segment identification, and trigger points for effective communication. Utilize analytics to evaluate campaign performance, refine user engagement strategies, and propose areas for enhancement.
  • Support Decision-Making: Track and report on the performance of all lifecycle marketing communications, providing visual and actionable insights to key stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Sales teams. Develop and refine KPI frameworks within the Lifecycle Marketing team that align with Mentimeter's strategic goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Forge strong connections with colleagues across Marketing, Data analytics, Product, and Sales to ensure a unified understanding of the user and customer experience throughout their lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, preferably within lifecycle marketing and marketing automation.
  • A strong foundation in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization, translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across various teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g. Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau).
  • Prior experience in a SaaS environment, especially within a product-led growth model, is highly desirable.
