Job Description:
- Negotiate and manage all aspects of renewal contracts to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to retain and grow customer relationships.
- Stay up-to-date on ServiceNow licensing models to provide expert guidance to customers.
- Analyze customer health metrics to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful renewal outcomes.
- Present renewal proposals and options to customers, ensuring seamless contract renewals.
- Resolve complex issues related to approval and finalization of executable agreements.
- Partner with our Customer Success organization to drive customer value achievement and adoption.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Renewal Account Management or Customer Success roles.
- Demonstrated success in leading customer retention and adoption of SaaS products.
- Advanced proficiency in contract renewal processes.
- Excellent customer management skills, including sales, account management, and customer service.
