Job Description:

  • Negotiate and manage all aspects of renewal contracts to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies to retain and grow customer relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date on ServiceNow licensing models to provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Analyze customer health metrics to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful renewal outcomes.
  • Present renewal proposals and options to customers, ensuring seamless contract renewals.
  • Resolve complex issues related to approval and finalization of executable agreements.
  • Partner with our Customer Success organization to drive customer value achievement and adoption.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Renewal Account Management or Customer Success roles.
  • Demonstrated success in leading customer retention and adoption of SaaS products.
  • Advanced proficiency in contract renewal processes.
  • Excellent customer management skills, including sales, account management, and customer service.
