Job Description:

The Area Sales Engineer will work closely with the regional sales director to drive business growth and develop strategic plans to achieve set targets. This involves proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of sales processes.

Main Tasks:

Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the region.Generating new business leads through proactive engagement and targeted marketing efforts.Providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends and opportunities to drive business growth.Contributing to the development of the annual business plan, aligning with company objectives.

Requirements and Expectations:

Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.Commercial acumen, with experience in sales engineering or a related field.Ability to analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and implement effective plans.Adaptability, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
