About the Role
The Administrative Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Oncology Team at Pfizer. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide administrative support across the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Oncology Team, including coordinating meetings, managing purchase orders, and tracking invoices.
- Manage and process contracts in a compliant manner, ensuring seamless communication between departments.
- Deliver tasks and projects with high quality and timeliness, identifying priority tasks and resolving issues with urgency.
- Work collaboratively with administrative colleagues to ensure appropriate support across Pfizer.
- Manage own time, professional development, and prioritize workflow.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, higher education is beneficial.
- Approximately 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Previous experience demonstrating the ability to proactively carry out administrative functions proficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Swedish and English.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office programs and applications such as Ariba/SAP or similar systems.
