- Health & Safety: Collaborate with local management to maintain a healthy and safe work environment.
- Travel & Entertainment Administration: Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks related to employee travel.
- Accounts Payable Administration: Process and submit accounts payable vouchers in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience working in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in Swedish and good business English.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
