Join Our Team as a Learning and Development Coordinator

GreenHouse is the global Learning and Development team at Spotify, with a mission to empower our band members to develop and grow faster than the world is changing. We achieve this by curating, building, and delivering learning opportunities in various ways, ensuring there's something for everyone to maximize their growth and Spotify's.

We're looking for a team player who loves administration, coordination, and understands the importance of creating a great employee and learning experience. As a Learning and Development Coordinator, you'll play a fundamental role in the successful operations and administration of the Spotify GreenHouse team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative support for all trainings and programs, including virtual and onsite events across time zones
  • Booking of training rooms and logistics for programs
  • On-site support and logistics in Stockholm for live programs, including hosting events, lunches, and mingle
  • Contracts, SOWs, and vendor relations
  • Coupa (purchase, orders, invoicing)
  • Communication with learners and facilitators
  • JIRA support for GreenHouse
  • Tracking of costs, forecast, and budget for programs
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks related to GreenHouse
  • GreenHouse Learning portal support for internal stakeholders and partnering/supporting Learning Experience Designer and leads
Requirements
  • Experience working as a coordinator/administrator
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a drive for keeping things in order
  • Self-starter who plans ahead and rarely procrastinates
  • Great at supporting projects from start to finish and can juggle multiple tasks
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to zoom out and see how the pieces of a project come together
  • Avid user of modern tech platforms and can quickly learn new tools
  • Great written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Realistic optimist who likes working in a changing and high-paced environment
Location

This role will be located in our Stockholm office.
