About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Grow to join our People Life Cycle team at H&M Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of our Grow strategy, which focuses on employee engagement, learning, and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy and Governance: Develop and implement the Grow strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR mission.
  • Grow Experience – People Life Cycle Development: Collaborate with relevant teams to design and deliver high-quality colleague experiences, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Learning and Development Strategy: Oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of learning and development processes, methodologies, and initiatives.
  • Learning Offer and Design: Ensure the business relevance of programs offered, enhancing the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of employees and driving organizational performance.
  • Digital Enablement: Identify, select, implement, and optimize technology solutions to enhance Grow processes, programs, and initiatives.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Ensure seamless and positive experiences for new hires, employees moving, and departing roles, identifying opportunities to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and impact.

Requirements

  • Strategic thinker with deep operational experience in Learning & Development and understanding of its impact on organizational objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Solid experience in developing and implementing learning and development in a global organization.
  • Adept at navigating complex matrix organizations.
  • Extensive experience in managing L&D strategy, budget, procurement, and compliance.
  • Proficient in implementing and managing L&D technology platforms, including AI Enablement tools, LXP, LMS, and authoring tools.
  • Formal education in HR, Business Management, or similar.
