About the Role

BearingPoint is seeking a seasoned Strategic Operations Manager to join our Strategy and Operations team in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and/or Malmö. As a management consultant at BearingPoint, you will have the opportunity to work in an ambitious team, engage with international experts, and contribute to meaningful projects that drive transformation and growth for our clients.

As a member of our Strategy and Operations team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to transformational change in your clients' business by developing and delivering tailored solutions. Our team's focus areas include operational excellence and supply chain management (i.e. procurement, logistics, manufacturing).

You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ranging from strategy development to implementation. These projects may involve helping clients define their strategies and designing and delivering supply chain capabilities. By leveraging your expertise and collaboration with talented colleagues, you will create value for clients through process optimization, cost reduction, digitalization, sustainability, and innovation.

What We Are Looking For
  • M Sc Engineering, Economics or other M Sc degree that is deemed relevant.
  • 6-9 years of management consulting experience delivering projects within one or several of the following areas: sourcing & procurement, supply chain management, operations, operational excellence, planning & demand management, change management.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Tools to aid day-to-day business activities: Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable in an international environment and willing to travel to client assignments in the local market and abroad.
  • Business mindset, strong analytical skills, team spirit, and an ambition to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in sales and/or business development activities with a proven track record in selling projects and teams.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
