We're seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations across our company and its entities globally. This individual will partner with key departments, drive strategic decision-making, and foster a culture of collaboration and transparency throughout the organization.
Main Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Present financial performance to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and variance analysis.
- Cost Management: Monitor and control costs across the organization. Identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance standards.
- Risk Management: Assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Develop internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies and business plans. Provide recommendations for revenue growth, cost reduction, and operational improvements.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to measure the company's performance against goals. Identify deviations and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's financial operations. Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in finance and business control, with a strong background in financial performance management. Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Key Personality Traits: Communicative, diplomatic, flexible, and strong emotional intelligence. Analytical and strategic with excellent problem-solving skills. Both team-oriented and capable of making individual contributions. A 'doer' mentality with the ability to see the bigger picture and the details.
