Greenely, a pioneering force in sustainable energy transformation, seeks a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to steer our financial ship and drive our bright future. As a key member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring our financial metrics are spot-on.

Your Mission:
  • Financial Leadership: You will oversee our financial planning, analysis, and reporting, providing sharp insights to our CEO and board.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: You will develop and manage our budget, cash flow forecasts, and balance sheet reports, ensuring our financial stability and growth.
  • Financial Close and Audit: You will oversee our monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Electricity Operations: You will manage and develop our electricity operations, evaluating financial strategies and overseeing finances and risks.
  • Cash and Tax Management: You will optimize our cash management and handle tax-related matters, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks.
  • Capital Structure and Financing: You will work closely with our CEO to steer our capital structure, managing debt and equity financing.
  • Investor and Board Relations: You will be the face of Greenely to our investors, board of directors, and shareholders, providing exceptional reporting and ad-hoc presentations.
Your Qualifications:
  • Proven CFO Experience: You bring a wealth of experience in financial leadership, with a strong track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Digital B2C Leadership: Your leadership in a digital B2C company is essential, with a deep understanding of financial acumen.
  • Electricity Industry Insight: Experience in the electricity supply industry is crucial, with knowledge of financial electricity operations, structure, and risks.
  • Venture Capital Expertise: If you've worked with venture capital or private equity, it's a significant plus.
  • Startup Savvy: Experience in a venture capital-backed startup or scale-up is highly valued.
  • Language Proficiency: Your command of Swedish and English, both written and oral, is excellent.
