The Role

This is a true entrepreneurship and leadership role in a fast-developing international environment. As CEO Scandinavia, you will develop and implement the strategy of InnoEnergy in Scandinavia, working closely with the Executive Board and other European colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver the 3 letters in CEO: Chief/Leader, Executive/Doer, and Officer/Manager
  2. Evolving the strategy of InnoEnergy with the Executive Board and implementing it
  3. Elaborating yearly Business Plans that implement the strategy in the coming year
  4. Implementing and executing the company yearly business plan at Co-Location centre (CC) Scandinavia level
  5. Delivering objectives set in the yearly business plan
  6. Creating, fostering, and animating the ecosystem in the CC and across CCs
  7. Valorizing outputs generated when implementing the business plan
  8. Driving excellent innovation in constituencies contributing to the mission
  9. Representing the company in institutional local fora (EU, partners, Member State Public Bodies related to KIC InnoEnergy)
  10. Developing links with key stakeholders related to the Energy sector in Scandinavia (industry, administration, investors, innovation community)
The Person

We are looking for a business leader with a proven track record in innovation, creating and growing businesses. You should have a sound understanding of the energy sector and its challenges, as well as customer orientation and market-driven innovation. Experience with multinational working environments, matrix organizations, and managing ecosystems with various stakeholders is essential.

Working Team

Location and Travel

Location is Stockholm, with frequent travel in Scandinavia and Europe.
