  • Digital B2C Leadership: Demonstrate leadership in a digital B2C company, showcasing financial acumen.
  • Electricity Industry Insight: Possess experience in the electricity supply industry, with knowledge of financial electricity operations, structure, and risks.
  • Venture Capital Expertise: Have worked with venture capital or private equity, a plus.
  • Startup Savvy: Have experience in a venture capital-backed startup or scale-up, a strong merit.
  • Language Proficiency: Be fluent in Swedish and English, both written and oral.
