We're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Key Account Manager to spearhead the expansion of our retail portfolio by forging strategic partnerships with enterprise-level partners. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing deals that drive business growth and revenue.

In this role, you'll engage in high-level discussions with C-suite executives, leveraging data and insights to inform your approach. You'll need to be comfortable navigating complex business, logistics, and financial conversations, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop winning propositions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new potential Wolt partnerships in the enterprise segment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with identified leads, tailoring our offering to meet their unique needs and goals.
  • Lead negotiations on partnership terms, using data and logic to drive informed decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partner representatives, helping them overcome challenges and develop existing partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Wolt leadership and cross-functional teams to refine our local sales strategy and accelerate market penetration.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven success in sales, business development, and negotiation.
  • Experience in SaaS, marketplace, e-commerce, and/or last-mile logistics-related sales is a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and commercial acumen, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable consultative sales approach, with a focus on building relationships and tailoring our offering to meet partner needs.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to generate buy-in and build followership with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and the local language.
