Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Prospect New Partners: Research and identify potential strategic partners that align with our business goals and market opportunities within the Nordic market.
  • Engage and Develop Relationships: Initiate contact with prospective partners to develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships.
  • Partner Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership strategies with company objectives and to leverage internal resources effectively.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential partnership opportunities.
  • Track and Report: Monitor and report on partnership development activities, outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
  • Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and build relationships with potential partners.
Requirements
  • Experience: +1 year of experience in business development, sales, or partner acquisition roles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English, with the ability to articulate value propositions and engage stakeholders at various levels.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
