Strategic Partnership Development Specialist

Rillion AB is a global company founded in Sweden with 30 years' experience in the Accounts Payable Automation industry. We help finance professionals transform how they manage invoices by digitalizing and automating the entire process.
We enable finance teams to save time and effort, reducing the possibility of human error. Our team of AP professionals understands how to give our customers everything they need, and nothing they don't.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and Prospect New Partners: Research and identify potential strategic partners that align with our business goals and market opportunities within the Nordic market.
- Engage and Develop Relationships: Initiate contact with prospective partners to develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships.
- Partner Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership strategies with company objectives and to leverage internal resources effectively.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Track and Report: Monitor and report on partnership development activities, outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and build relationships with potential partners.
- Experience: +1 year of experience in business development, sales, or partner acquisition roles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English, with the ability to articulate value propositions and engage stakeholders at various levels.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
- Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
