About the Role

Electrolux AB is seeking a highly skilled Global Learning and Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global L&D Centre of Excellence, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of learning programs and initiatives to support the global functions in their skills development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement learning programs and initiatives to support the global functions in their skills development.
  • Collaborate with global and regional L&D teams to drive function-specific learning opportunities.
  • Partner with functional representatives to understand their functional skills needs and develop targeted learning solutions.
  • Design and create impactful learning journeys together with functional experts and external vendors.
  • Run skill-mapping processes, prioritize critical skills in functions, and plan up-/reskilling activities.

Requirements:

  • Relevant academic degree (B.Sc. level or above).
  • Several years of experience from Learning & Development.
  • Experience in Learning Design and Implementation.
  • Experience in Learning program evaluation – Assessing the effectiveness of learning programs as well as monitoring and reporting on the progress and impact of training initiatives.
  • Experience from complex LMS and LXP systems is considered a strong merit.
  • Experience from stakeholder and project management.
  • Workshop facilitation skills.
