We are seeking a highly skilled Global Information Security Manager - IT Risk Management to join our team at Intrum Justitia. Key Responsibilities- IT Risk Management
- Develop and maintain the IT risk management framework, including risk assessments, risk registers, and risk mitigation plans.
- Identify and assess IT and information security risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation
- Conduct proactive and reactive IT risk assessments across multiple technology areas.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation plans, including recommendations for risk owners and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk mitigation plans.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with various IT services functions, including risk owners, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Communicate risk management information to stakeholders, including executive management, technical teams, and non-technical audiences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including risk owners, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Education and Experience
- 3+ years' experience in a leading position in managing and executing an enterprise IT risk management or IT audit program.
- 5+ years combined experience in a security, technology, and/or software engineering related role.
- Skills and Competencies
- Demonstrated experience with data security frameworks and regulatory standards.
- Effective English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Experience with developing risk and compliance reporting for a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience working effectively across various levels and different locations and stakeholders with different technical and/or security experience levels.
- Certifications
- CISSP, CRISC, CISA, or similar certifications.
- Additional Experience
- Experience in working in a global, multi-national organization.
- Additional experience with global security operations and understanding the complexities of multi-regional compliance and data protection laws.
- Personal Qualities
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
