We are seeking a temporary office manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent service, be proactive, and have excellent communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Run the day-to-day operations of the office
* Manage vendors and ensure a great working environment
* Welcome and greet guests on a daily basis
* Collaborate closely with EAs, Event Manager, and Marketing team
**Requirements**
* Outgoing personality and welcoming character
* Service mentality and ownership of your realm
* Eager to integrate in our international setting
* Fluent English, both spoken and written
* Experience with Microsoft Office and Gmail services
* Some IT experience and interest in handling day-to-day problems
