About the Role

The Administrative Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our senior leadership team and ensuring the smooth operation of our Stockholm office. This dynamic role involves a wide range of duties and projects, including executive assistance, facility management, and setting up new suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, including finding new office spaces and negotiating contracts.
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
  • Collaborate with partners to define requirements and drive the successful initiation and ongoing management of office operations.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment within the professional services industry.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize a varied workload.
  • Strong organizational skills, customer service attitude, and hands-on mentality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish.
