Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage various projects from idea phase to completion
  • Create Swedish experiences aligned with our brand's vision and purpose
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align each department's efforts within different projects and our overall objectives
  • Create and manage comprehensive project timelines and production schedules
  • Develop and implement standardized processes and workflows to optimize the process
  • Work collaboratively to design and facilitate operations across the company
  • Collaborate with Senior team members to define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address any issues or risks that may impact delivery
Requirements
  • An education within related fields such as project management, business administration, or other relevant areas
  • At least 2 years of experience in project planning
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
