Sales Portfolio Executive

Drive business growth and performance in our defined Astellas portfolio within the Swedish market. As a Key Account Manager Sweden, you will develop and manage key accounts, work closely with cross-functional teams, and establish Astellas as a preferred partner.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and managing the defined Astellas portfolio in key accounts
  2. Working in a true cross-functional manner according to Astellas' chosen Key Account Management way of working
  3. Positioning Astellas products and establishing Astellas as a preferred partner
  4. Ensuring high-level customer satisfaction by tailoring and utilizing customer channel preferences while implementing the company's omnichannel vision
  5. Analyzing sales data, prioritizing accounts, and targeting customers, and providing feedback on market, competitor, and customer analysis for cross-functional District/Account Plan creation
  6. Maintaining compliance, conducting financial administration through the Concur system, completing Astellas SOP in the LMS system, and staying up-to-date with product and therapy area knowledge and skills

Requirements include:

  1. Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  2. Self-driven, execution-oriented, with a proactive and outgoing personality
  3. Extensive proven experience in the Gynaecologists & GP segment (3-4 years), preferably in Women's Health
  4. Good knowledge of Veeva systems and relevant software
  5. Positive, responsible team player with a self-confident, innovative approach to competitors and colleagues
  6. Proven track record of collaborating with or working in commercial, medical, and/or market access roles, with methodical work habits and openness to change

Education: Bachelor of Health Care or University degree or equivalent.
