Job Title: Bid Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute bid strategies to meet customer requirements and internal product strategy
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality proposals on time and within budget
  • Manage costing reviews, including reporting and validation steps, to ensure accurate and compliant proposals
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, and capitalize on opportunities during the costing phase
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the bid process
Requirements:
  • Experience in railway project management or similar functions
  • Knowledge of financial rules and regulations
  • Strong business-oriented approach and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Fluency in English
