About the Role:
As a CBRE Sales Solutions Developer, you will lead a team responsible for creating innovative sales solutions that drive business growth and support the business development team.
This role is part of the Sales function, where you will be responsible for designing and presenting sales solutions to potential, new, and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance to employees, monitor their training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and coach as needed.
- Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
- Distribute sales materials to keep the business development team updated on progress.
- Assist in developing successful sales strategies to fulfill the requirements of identified business opportunities.
- Coordinate the sales process to ensure timely delivery of deadlines are met.
- Attend client site visits, meetings, and preparation of presentations.
- Act as the liaison between the client and the company throughout the sales process.
- Contribute to agendas for client workshops, attend, and distribute minutes, and manage follow-up.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and after-sales support.
- Raise the company profile by organizing and representing the company at industry events.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Apply knowledge of sales discipline and how it integrates with other business functions to achieve team and departmental objectives.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues that may arise in sales processes and systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
- Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
- Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the sales discipline and department.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
