Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance to employees, monitor their training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and coach as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
  • Distribute sales materials to keep the business development team updated on progress.
  • Assist in developing successful sales strategies to fulfill the requirements of identified business opportunities.
  • Coordinate the sales process to ensure timely delivery of deadlines are met.
  • Attend client site visits, meetings, and preparation of presentations.
  • Act as the liaison between the client and the company throughout the sales process.
  • Contribute to agendas for client workshops, attend, and distribute minutes, and manage follow-up.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships and after-sales support.
  • Raise the company profile by organizing and representing the company at industry events.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Apply knowledge of sales discipline and how it integrates with other business functions to achieve team and departmental objectives.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues that may arise in sales processes and systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
  • Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
  • Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the sales discipline and department.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
