Sales and Administrative Coordinator

We're looking for a skilled Sales and Administrative Coordinator to support our European customer base in various languages, including German, French, Spanish, and Italian. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong command of English, and be proficient in using administrative tools and systems.
This role involves handling customer inquiries, managing spare part orders, and coordinating transportation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. A good communicator with excellent language skills and a customer-centric approach is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Main Tasks:
- Main point of contact for customers and market companies for parts orders and inquiries.
- Respond to incoming orders and queries via phone and email, utilizing a network of colleagues and external partners for support.
- Execute order administration tasks in SAP and other internal tools systems.
- Follow-up on orders, service level agreements, and other key measurements.
- Assure that transport to each customer is done in the right time, and at the lowest cost.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries from suppliers.
- Preventive housekeeping of pending orders via our IT systems and reporting tools.
- Participate in Daily Management and other activities to constantly improve the operation.
- Responsible for driving and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS).
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and networking skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve set goals.
- Proactive, fast, and accurate communication.
- Results-oriented and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of work instructions and processes.
- Ability to take initiatives and drive for changes.
Work Environment:
100% workload, with basic phone and laptop provided.
Located in Lund, with remote work opportunities available.
