Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Partner to join our team at SAP SE. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the overall customer relationship and ensuring the success of our cloud customers in the EMEA Region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Account Management
  • Develop and execute account management strategies to drive profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment and effective communication with customers.
Customer Success
  • Develop and implement joint success plans with customers to achieve their business goals.
  • Conduct regular customer reviews to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
Upsell and Cross-Sell
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue and customer value.
Customer Advocacy
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers and maintain high levels of satisfaction through issue mitigation and escalation management.
Communication and Collaboration
  • Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.

Requirements

  1. Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in business process management or process consulting.
  • Prior experience in Customer Success Management, Technical Account Management, or a related field.
Skills
  • Profound experience in large enterprise business transformations covering the implementation journey and customer value realization.
  • Proven ability to collaborate, build strong relationships, and lead conversations with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS Business Process Management technology or closely related.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering.

Language

English and preferably a Nordic language as well.
