About the Department

The Parts Order team plays a vital role in representing the voice of customers and dealers, striving to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service. The team oversees the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring timely delivery at optimal cost. As the primary point of contact for dealers and service providers, the team handles all parts inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Support: Provide information and resolve parts concerns for dealers and service providers.
  2. Order Management: Follow up on orders or backorders to ensure on-time deliveries.
  3. Order-to-Cash Process: Take ownership of the order-to-cash process, ensuring seamless execution.
  4. System Support: Assist dealers with system operating questions and interface with system developers.
  5. Communication: Manage day-to-day communication with dealers and service providers to ensure smooth parts operations.
  6. Catalog Management: Maintain and improve the spare parts catalogues.
  7. Data Analysis: Perform data analyses on order overview and parts logistics.
  8. Return and Cancellation Handling: Handle order returns, cancellations, and other spare parts related inquiries.
Your Profile
  1. Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  2. Client-Facing Experience: Proven client-facing experience with a highly customer-oriented mindset, preferably in the automotive industry.
  3. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and ability to perform tasks efficiently in a dynamic working environment.
  4. Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English and one of the Nordic languages. Chinese language skills are considered an asset.
  5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills a plus.
  6. Communication and Teamwork: Effective communicator and team player with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
