About the Role:

As a Sales Executive, you will lead the sales process from start to finish, focusing on new markets such as France, Germany, UK, and Benelux. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, packaging, and pricing deals for customers in the financial industry. You will collaborate with the Sales Executive for the Nordic market, the founders of Strivr, a Customer Success Manager, and two developers in Vilnius.

We are seeking an ambitious individual ready to drive Strivr's sales growth. The ideal candidate should have a few years of experience in SaaS/system sales and be comfortable independently managing sales processes. Confidence in engaging with C-level decision-makers is essential. Fluency in either French, German, or Dutch, as well as English, is required. Experience in the banking and finance industry is a merit, and familiarity with startups or entrepreneurial environments is viewed positively.

The successful candidate will be structured, capable of managing multiple business processes, and understand the importance of using systems such as CRM. Strong strategic thinking and an understanding of the business culture in your sales markets are crucial. You should be motivated by goals and challenges and excel at building long-term relationships. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and sense of responsibility are essential.
