About the Company:
Strivr is a tech startup founded by Fabian Lindegren and Carl Fredrik Svensson. Their previous experience within the financial industry has led them to create a software that minimizes the time companies spend keeping track of recurring tasks and processes. Strivr has gained a great reputation with over 30 customers in banking and finance, who use Strivr daily to gain full control of their work.
About the Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will manage the sales process from start to finish, focusing on new markets such as France, Germany, UK, and Benelux. Your responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, packaging, and pricing deals for customers in the financial industry. You will collaborate with the Sales Executive for the Nordic market, the founders of Strivr, a Customer Success Manager, and two developers in Vilnius. This role offers the opportunity to shape your responsibilities and contribute significantly to the new markets.

We seek an ambitious individual ready to advance Strivr's sales. You should have a few years of experience in SaaS/system sales and be comfortable independently managing sales processes. Confidence in engaging with C-level decision-makers is essential. Fluency in either French, German, or Dutch, as well as English, is required. Experience in the banking and finance industry is a merit, and familiarity with startups or entrepreneurial environments is viewed positively.
You should be structured, capable of managing multiple business processes, and understand the importance of using systems such as CRM. Strong strategic thinking and an understanding of the business culture in your sales markets are crucial. You should be motivated by goals and challenges and excel at building long-term relationships. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and sense of responsibility are essential.
