We are seeking a Sales Growth Manager to lead our expansion efforts in the French market.

We pride ourselves on being a leading European provider of mobility solutions, with a diverse portfolio that encompasses KW Automotive, KW Technology Center, KW Parts, and KW Autohaus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to tailor the product offering.
- Monitor regional market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with the French automotive markets and business culture.
- A strong business mindset and proven ability to drive growth.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and thrives in an international environment.
- Fluency in French and English.
