About the Role

As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to support our sales objectives. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities through lead qualification, outreach strategies, and market research.

You will work closely with experienced account executives and key account managers to align on target accounts, refine messaging, and share insights from market feedback.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales quotas and business development targets. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to engage and qualify leads.

  • Conduct detailed market research to understand industry trends and identify potential clients.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure efficient lead management and follow-up.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification.
