As a highly motivated Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in our Institutional Sales organization in Norway and Poland. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth within the assigned territory, foster strong relationships with key accounts, and identify new business opportunities to expand our presence in Norway and Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow revenue by leveraging strategic relationships and identifying new business opportunities;
  • Retain and grow revenue from existing business through targeted marketing efforts and cross-selling initiatives;
  • Build and maintain key relationships with decision-makers across all accounts;
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative campaigns and manage local marketing initiatives;
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies;
  • Gather and communicate insights on market development, competitors, and client requirements;
  • Identify and report customers' feedback or potential market moves impacting our go-to-market strategies.

Your Success Will Depend On:

  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience with complex organizations and strong analytical skills;
  • A high level of initiative, discipline, and self-motivation with a proven track record in generating new revenue;
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build strong relationships with decision-makers;
  • Experience in the online business information industry or acquired through a major player in Risk & Compliance or SaaS – but not required;
  • Proactive attitude, able to work in a small team environment, and adapt to a fast-changing market space;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in both written and verbal English and Swedish is essential; Norwegian and/or Polish is a plus.
