Mentimeter's Growth Sales Operations Manager will oversee the growth team's operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies and exceptional customer experiences. This role is crucial in driving business growth and customer satisfaction across our largest and most strategic clients in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the operational work of the growth team, ensuring efficient execution of sales strategies and optimal customer experiences.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Team Enablement: Provide coaching and development opportunities to growth team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications
  • Sales Experience: 5+ years experience in selling towards the Enterprise, handling complex sales & buying processes with the largest companies in the world.
  • Leadership Role: 3+ years of experience in strategic account management and leadership roles within the SaaS industry.
  • Growth Focus: Proven success in driving growth across enterprise-level accounts.
  • Value-Based Selling: Strong knowledge of Value-based selling and frameworks like MEDDPICC.
  • High-Performing Team Leader: Strong background in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
  • Data Analysis: Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions.
