Customer Excellence Supervisor - Nordics
As a Customer Excellence Supervisor at Boston Scientific, you'll have the opportunity to put your expertise into practice by delivering breakthrough services and solutions that create value for patients, customers, and employees. Purpose Statement
The core objective of this role is to support the Customer Services Manager in maintaining the goals and objectives of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Industry Knowledge: Deliver continuous tools and education to team members to ensure up-to-date industry and product knowledge, and have a broad understanding of industry trends and their impact on local and regional sales activities.
- Business Management: Support supply chain management activities, monitor team performance, initiate corrective actions, prepare reports, summaries, analysis, and documentation on team management, and monitor service indicators.
- Sarbanes Oxley: Audit 404: Check quarterly processes in respect to procedures, implement corrective actions, archive necessary documents, and participate in driving quality awareness in every employee.
- Customer Activities: Provide frontline support for customers for critical issues, consignment issues, and value-added services, analyze customer requirements, and support others to achieve anticipated results.
