About the role

• As a Finnish Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for Finnish customers, providing excellent support and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• You will work collaboratively with our team to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Responsibilities may include sales, billing inquiries, transactions, account issues, and technical troubleshooting.

Requirements
