Inside Sales – Capital Equipment – Service Specialist - Nordics
We're seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying and contacting potential customers, promoting selected products and services, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a defined territory with an assigned pool of Boston Scientific customers, including existing and potential accounts.
- Proactively contact assigned customers on a regular basis, mainly by phone, to promote selected products and services and achieve sales targets.
- Develop as a professional telesales representative by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques fundamentals.
- Use the sales process, available systems, and tools to plan, prepare, and drive engagement with customers, get commitment to buy, negotiate, and close successful deals.
- Identify expiring service contracts and warranties to initiate the sales renewal process.
- Uncover and identify opportunities to target in order to increase the capture rate of the total capital equipment portfolio.
- Generate and create quotes for service contract renewals, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Ensure executed agreements are received, processed, and documented according to company policy.
- Provide weekly updates to management on sales progress, at-risk accounts, and sales forecasts.
- Record interactions, maintain accurate records of sales opportunities and contract records, and update the company's database of prospects (Salesforce.com).
- Collaborate remotely with field territory managers to support the management of existing or potential customers.
- Provide advice and support to assigned customers as well as new customers via remote communication tools, mainly phone and email.
- Establish remote sustainable and business impactful relationships with actors involved in decision-making processes of medical device procurements.
- Manage and maintain contact and customer information in the CRM tool Salesforce.com by updating and capturing strategic information.
- Manage customer complaints and provide the best support to solve problems following the processes and procedures of the company.
- Participate in internal team projects, sales meetings, training programs, and conventions as requested.
- Represent Boston Scientific values and integrity, respecting the company's mission, strategy, and structure, and understanding and complying with policies, quality standards, and processes.
