Onboard Site Supervisor: Leading the Way to Greener Mobility

Be part of Alstom's mission to create greener and smarter mobility worldwide. As an Onboard Site Supervisor, you will lead the installation of the ETCS signalling system on over 230 trains in Sweden, working closely with passionate and dedicated teammates.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure strict adherence to EHS rules in workshops for Alstom and its suppliers.
- Supervise and validate execution in one or several workshops, including partner and subcontractor teams.
- Guarantee quality and timely delivery of installation and commissioning work, with accurate reporting.
- Coordinate between the execution team and the rest of the project, including engineering and logistics.
- Maintain a strong interface with customers.
- Organize and manage teams of installation subcontractors and commissioning staff.
You will report and monitor activity and costs to the Project Field Operation Manager, implementing strict cost control. Additionally, you will be responsible for workshop quality, cost, and delivery commitments, as well as managing the return of experience through lifting feedback from the field to other Alstom project managers.
Requirements:
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with significant experience in team management and material management.
- Strong resources management skills.
- Excellent planning skills.
- Relevant work experience in the Railway industry is a plus.
- Good language skills in English, with Swedish as an asset.
