Account Relationship Manager

As an Account Relationship Manager at FNZ, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your primary goal will be to identify client needs and develop strategies to meet them, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication with clients.
About the RoleThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding results. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining customer satisfaction levels above an acceptable threshold
- Ensuring adherence to all key service delivery metrics, including SLA/KPI and contractual compliance
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to meet client needs
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong relationship management experience within Financial Services, particularly in the Nordic securities market
- Operational knowledge and technical understanding of post-trade services
- Solid communication skills, both internally and with clients
- Prioritization and delegation skills, with a sense of urgency
