About Us

Firefly develops and sells fire prevention and fire protection solutions for industrial applications. With a strong technical focus and close collaboration with our customers, we help industries reduce fire risks and protect their production processes.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with high-priority customers, optimizing customer processes, and providing technical expertise to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in increasing sales to responsible accounts and ensure strong business relationships.
  • Optimize customer processes and collaborate with the Risk Management Team to find the right balance between a comprehensive technical solution and customer needs.
  • Identify and develop new A+ customers.
  • Coordinate projects, liaise with internal teams, and follow up on ongoing projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
  • 10 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or similar roles, with a strong track record in client relations and leading technical development projects in international sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in agile environments, collaborating effectively with global teams to deliver complex projects on time.
  • Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus.
