Job Description
As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. You will be the face of our Global Real Estate & Facilities organization, managing the reception desk, greeting visitors, and coordinating logistics. Your responsibilities will also include facility management-related services, inventory management, and budget tracking.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with 1-2 years of experience in facilities management or office operations. You should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as proficiency in office applications such as Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, MS Office, and Google Docs. Basic IT knowledge is also desirable.
