Facilities Management Assistant

About the Role
As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our internal employees and external visitors. Your duties will include managing the reception desk, coordinating logistics, and overseeing facility management-related services. You will also assist with inventory management, budget tracking, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and occupants
- Manage the reception desk, including shipping and receiving activities
- Coordinate daily pantry and commissary operations
- Oversight of all facility management-related services
- Assist with inventory management, invoice management, and budget tracking
- Support vendor management, including escorting vendors on-site
- Coordinate maintenance and repair issues
- Ensure office cleanliness and communicate with janitorial staff
- Create facilities and IT helpdesk tickets as needed
- Resolve site-specific facilities tickets
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in facilities management or office operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in office applications, including Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, MS Office, and Google Docs
- Basic IT knowledge
