The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Operations Specialist to support our Commercial Manager in the smooth execution of day-to-day activities related to account management, sales operations, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

Account Management:

  1. Assist in managing key accounts by providing operational support and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external partners.
  2. Help track sales performance and monitor stock availability across key accounts to ensure alignment with sales targets.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  1. Track and analyze sales data, stock movements, and key performance metrics for various accounts to support the Commercial Manager in evaluating performance.
  2. Generate regular reports to highlight trends, identify gaps in performance, and provide actionable insights for sales optimization.

Operational Support:

  1. Ensure the smooth execution of internal processes, including the management of orders, inventory updates, and tracking of sales budgets.
  2. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products to key accounts.

Administrative Support:

  1. Provide administrative assistance to the Commercial Manager, ensuring that key tasks, such as report preparation, tracking of promotional activities, and order management, are completed accurately and on time.
  2. Maintain up-to-date databases and files related to account management, inventory levels, and sales performance for future reference.

We are looking for someone with experience in a commercial or sales support role, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or consumer goods industry. Some experience with sales operations or supporting key account management teams is an advantage.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be comfortable working with sales data, and have excellent communication skills. Additionally, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with CRM systems are required.

Languages: English (other Nordic languages are a plus)
