We are currently searching for an experienced Data Insights Specialist to join our Customer Success, Industry Insights team in Stockholm, Sweden.

As a Data Insights Specialist, you will play a key role in building great customer experiences by offering insights on category development and consumer buying behavior. You will work with client support on data and platform-related issues, as well as business solution-driven analyses, presentations, and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve customer engagement and satisfaction by providing outstanding client support.
  • Develop valuable business issue analyses and category presentations.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations based on your analytical work.
  • Generate sales leads based on your knowledge about your client's business.
  • Train clients in NIQ's new cloud-based data platform Discover.

Requirements:

  • A burning desire and ability to create and drive a commercial analytical base.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in the FMCG industry within business analysis, market research, or category management.
  • Commercial degree in Economics with proven graduation results.
  • Strong Business English knowledge and fluency in Swedish.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
