Sales Transformation with DreamTeams

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team at DreamTeams. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be instrumental in driving client transitions from white label solutions to building their own sales functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT/technology sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will work closely with our team to optimize sales processes and deliver an exceptional experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and engage with IT Managers (and/or other decision makers) actively seeking an IT lifecycle platform for procurement and asset management.
  2. Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas, driving initiatives to meet and surpass performance expectations.
  3. Tailor solutions effectively based on client needs and challenges.
  4. Showcase capabilities to potential clients, emphasizing the platform's value for businesses and their employees.
  5. Guide clients through the features and benefits of the solution.
  6. Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction.
  7. Collaborate with the team to optimize sales processes and deliver an exceptional experience to customers.
  8. Navigate the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and successful closure.
  9. Report sales performance to senior management and share customer insights with product teams.
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  1. +5 years' exp. in similar roles within the IT or software industry (e.g., Account Executive, Business Development Manager, Account Manager).
  2. Proven exp. consultative IT sales and/or SaaS B2B sales.
  3. Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong understanding of IT/technology sales (hardware, software, and services).
  5. Proven exp. in IT sales, IT asset management, HR/HCM and/or SaaS solutions.
  6. Exp. setting up a sales organization from scratch is a plus.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and also Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
